We ship to anywhere in the United Arab Emirates and its territories. Shipping is calculated based on item weight and distance from our warehouse. Prices are determined by our shipping company.

Free return policy

Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of purchase. Just keep the packing slip of your order. If you need to return the item for any reason, Simply email our customer service team at info@tigerware.net

If you no longer have your package voucher, Please contact customer service for return instructions.

Please note: All shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds and returns are not accepted if the cookware has been used. spare parts (knobs, knobs, blender parts, etc…) are not available for free return shipping. We will still accept returns for a full refund, However the cost of returning the item will be borne by the returnee.

Tiger Ware Warranty Policy

Every piece of TIGER WARE cookware is covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty to protect the consumer against manufacturing defects. If your item has a manufacturing defect, Please contact us for instructions on filing a warranty claim. The warranty does not expressly cover normal wear and tear, use, or misuse.

If your fryer starts to show black carbon buildup that doesn’t come off with normal washing, or began to lose its non-stick release properties, Please contact us for more information.
