Care Instructions
First use (cast iron): Wash with warm water, dry completely, apply a thin coat of oil and heat for 10 minutes to season.
Washing: Hand wash with warm water only. Never put cast iron in the dishwasher.
Drying: Dry immediately after washing to prevent rust.
Storage: Store with a light coat of oil in a dry place.
SKK Titanium: Dishwasher safe. Hand washing recommended to extend the life of the non-stick surface.

This SKK griddle is built around a heavy hand-cast aluminium body that heats fast and spreads heat evenly right to the edges, so dough cooks uniformly without scorched spots. The titanium-reinforced non-stick surface releases food cleanly with little to no oil, and unlike traditional bare-metal saj plates it never needs seasoning. Hand-finished in Germany and backed by SKK's almost 40 years of casting expertise.
