- All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are subject to change without notice
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or stock unavailability
- Product images are for illustration purposes and may slightly differ from the actual product
- We have made every effort to display product colors and images as accurately as possible
SECTION 4 - PAYMENT & CASH ON DELIVERY
- We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across all of Egypt — pay when your order arrives
- We also accept credit and debit cards through our secure payment gateway
- All card transactions are encrypted and processed securely through Shopify Payments

SECTION 6 - RETURNS & REFUNDS Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on our return process. All refunds are issued as store credit only.
SECTION 7 - PRODUCT GUARANTEES
- Everest Cast Iron products come with a lifetime durability guarantee against manufacturing defects
- SKK German Titanium products come with a lifetime warranty on casting as provided by SKK Germany
- Guarantees do not cover damage from misuse, improper cleaning, or normal wear and tear
SECTION 8 - PROHIBITED USES You are prohibited from using the site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to transmit malicious code, to infringe intellectual property rights, or to submit false or misleading information.
